• to facilitate the withHer Card and brand partner deal redemptions

5.2 Halo Circle

When you activate Night Out Mode and SOS features, your location data and outfit photo will be shared with the contacts you have designated as your Halo Circle. You control who is in your Halo Circle and can modify it at any time.

5.3 Offshoring

Some of our service providers may be located overseas, including in the United States, United Kingdom and New Zealand. Your personal information may be disclosed to and stored in those locations.

5.4 Other Disclosures

We may disclose your personal information in connection with a potential or actual corporate merger, acquisition or sale of assets, or as permitted or required by law.

7.1 Protection Measures

We have put in place security measures designed to help protect your personal information from misuse, loss and unauthorised access. This includes encryption of location data and secure cloud storage for all user data. However, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7.2 Location Data

Your GPS location data is only collected and shared when you have explicitly activated Night Out Mode or safety features. Location data is encrypted in transit and at rest. You can deactivate location sharing at any time by turning off Night Out Mode.

7.3 Retention

We take steps to ensure that we only keep your personal information for as long as we require it. When we no longer require your information, we take reasonable steps to ensure it is destroyed, de-identified or rendered inaccessible.
